Safiri sits at the center of the Otis Labs archive: a product and brand effort focused on making ticket discovery, booking, and operator-side sales management much clearer.
Challenge
Bus companies were losing significant revenue through cash leakages, while travelers struggled to know where to buy tickets, what prices to expect, and where nearby stations were located.
Response
Otis Labs designed a B2B and B2C digital system that helps operators manage sales and ticketing while giving travelers a marketplace to compare routes, prices, locations, and arrival times.
